      • Accepted payment methods: cash, check, ACH, credit card, electronic payment.
      • A $35 monthly late charge applies to overdue invoices.
      • Customer is responsible for collection costs and attorney fees if required.
      • Pricing may change due to inflation or material cost increases.
      • Tariff and government fee disclaimer: additional costs may be added if applicable.
      • Some access control products may include activation or monthly service charges billed directly by third-party providers.
      • Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
    • Retail/parts-only terms:
      • Custom orders are final
      • Payment due at time of order
      • Cancellation Fee: 18% applies when an order is canceled or cannot be processed due to missing required customer information.

    • Scope includes materials, labor, supplies, equipment, supervision, and project management unless otherwise stated.
    • Additional work outside the estimate will incur additional charges.
    • Electrical permits billed per job.
    • After-hours services (after 4 p.m. Mon–Thu, after 3 p.m. Fri, weekends, holidays) may incur emergency rates.
    • Trinity Gate and Door Co. is not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues.
    • Concrete work, trenching, ditching, cutting, core drilling, or repairs are not included unless specified.
    • Customer must provide secure area for on-site materials and equipment.
    • Customer is responsible for debris removal unless included in the estimate.
    • Trinity Gate and Door Co. is not responsible for landscape damage.
  8. Change Orders
    • Any change in quantities, specifications, schedule, or scope must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges.
  9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
    • Returns
      • Items may be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.
      • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

      • Custom cut loops
      • Custom fabricated gates
